Wellness Online Programmes

Our online programmes aim to cultivate body awareness and promote inner peace. These gentle practices can be completed anytime, anywhere. Their aim is to help participants enhance their body’s vitality and relax their mind to achieve a greater sense of well-being.

We produce many high-quality videos and audio resources to encourage people to practice our programmes at home regularly, and to meet the needs of Chinese individuals overseas who are affected by cancer.

Awareness Through Movement – The Feldenkrais Method lessons for the Neck, Shoulders and Arms

Many of our everyday activities such as sitting in front of our computer or texting or talking on our phones can put stress or strain on the muscles of the neck and shoulders. It is not these activities however that are the problem but the way we do them. We often use ineffective and inefficient movement patterns and we don’t pay attention to how we are moving.

In these 4 specially recorded Feldenkrais Method Awareness through Movement lessons you will learn to use your neck, shoulders and arms in more efficient and effective ways that will help to reduce muscular tensions in those three areas.

The Feldenkrais Method offers a unique and practical way to realise our potential more fully. It is an educational method focusing on learning and movement which can bring about improved movement and enhanced functioning. It is named after its originator,Moshe Feldenkrais, an engineer and physicist as well as a Judo master.

These four recorded classes are taught by Sean Curran a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with Cantonese translation by Amanda Yik.
