Qigong and Taiji
Aims to strengthen the body, quieten the mind, and improve overall health.
Qigong Programmes include: Ba Duan Jin, Qigong (12 Forms), Yi Jin Jing, Relaxing and Rejuvenating Energy Healing Practice and Pingshuai Practice.
Taiji Programmes include: Chen Style Taiji, Wu Style Taiji and Yangs Style Taiji.
Offers a unique way of understanding the connection between body and mind. Through a combination of gentle movements and body-awareness training, awareness of habitual movements is increased, and restrictive patterns are eliminated.
Programmes include: The Feldenkrais Method and Body Nuance.
Pilates is a gentle, restorative exercise that can help people regain strength and mobility in their arms, shoulders and abdomen and relieve lower-back pain. Movements are slow and gentle, with an emphasis on precision and control. It is ideal for those with lymphedema or neck and shoulder pain.
Learn to focus your mind and allow creativity to flow; this course provides artistic satisfaction and an increased sense of well-being.
