Prostate cancer is the third most common cancer among men in Hong Kong and more than 1,900 new cases were diagnosed in 2016*. Men aged 60 or above, and those over 50 considered to be at high risk, should get their prostate checked.

Prostate cancer is the growth of abnormal cells in the prostate. This (usually) slow-growing cancer becomes more common in old age, however all men should discuss appropriate screening measures with their doctor.
