Social Welfare Department's Integrated Home Care Services / Enhanced Home and Community Care Services provides home-based community support services to the elderly aged 60yrs or above, persons with disabilities, and individuals and families with social needs who are living in the community.

● Daytime companionship for home visits to the elderly
● Environment risk assessment and home modifications
● Purchase and delivery of daily necessities
● Meal service
● Child care
● Simple nursing care
