Hong Kong Cancer Fund has launched “CheckMate,” a new campaign aimed at raising awareness of men’s cancers and promoting early detection. Kicking off this November, the campaign encourages men to take proactive steps in monitoring their health, using the impactful message, “Don’t hide them, check them!” The successful launch event featured key supporters including health professionals and sponsors. The campaign focuses on various men’s cancers, including prostate, testicular, and penile cancers, emphasizing the importance of regular health checks. Remember: Don’t hide them, check them!

In May 2025, members of the New Voice Club (NVC), one of Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s 22 peer support groups, embarked on a heartfelt mission to Hangzhou. Their goal was to share their experience and expertise in voice rehabilitation with local laryngectomees, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
