On 18th November 2023 we held a donor gathering, for our Circle of Friends members, at our Support Centre in Kwai Chung. We started our event with two of our clients, cancer survivors Ms. Wong and Dorothy who shared their cancer journeys with the group and highlighted how Cancer Fund helped support them as they navigated a cancer diagnosis, treatment and side effects. Their heartfelt stories highlighted to the group how their monthly donations make a huge difference to everyone touched by cancer. Our colleague, HoCheung, then led an art healing workshop where each participant created their own pattern through alcohol ink art onto the glass dome making a unique Christmas Light Stands that they all took home after the class.
