Self-Help Groups
Our CancerLink centres in Wong Tai Sin, Central and Tin Shui Wai include the collaboration of many different self-help support groups established by those affected by cancer. Currently, we have 18 support groups serving different cancer patients and survivors, with a membership base of almost 10,000.

New Voice Club of Hong Kong

established in 1984, the New Voice Club provides support and information through group sharing sessions, hospital and home visits, recreational activities, health talks, voice rehabilitation classes as well as counselling. They also provide referrals, hotline assistance, discounts on voice rehabilitation equipment or equipment loan. This group is also well-known for conducting exchange tours to mainland China, helping others to recover the use of their voice following surgery.
