Free screening/follow-up mammogram screening is now offered to low-income breast cancer female patients in Hong Kong.

• Hong Kong resident with a valid HKID card
• Breast cancer patient, diagnosed within 10 years
• Regular follow-up at Hospital Authority hospitals and clinics (Oncology or Surgical)
• Hold a valid mammogram referral from (only Hospital Authority or Hong Kong Cancer Fund referral forms signed off by a Hospital Authority doctor in the Oncology or Surgical unit apply)
• Low income (subject to assets assessment by Hong Kong Cancer Fund) or recipients of the CSSA/Work Incentive Transport Subsidy Scheme
• Have not had a mammogram for over one year
