Wellness Online Programmes

Our online programmes aim to cultivate body awareness and promote inner peace. These gentle practices can be completed anytime, anywhere. Their aim is to help participants enhance their body’s vitality and relax their mind to achieve a greater sense of well-being.

We produce many high-quality videos and audio resources to encourage people to practice our programmes at home regularly, and to meet the needs of Chinese individuals overseas who are affected by cancer.

Mandala has a long history in different cultures with a symbolic meaning of the universe and wholeness. The word 'mandala' means 'sacred circle' in Sanskrit. Mandala art often has geometric patterns with a circular shape but with a central point, representing the connectivity and continuity of life. Carl Jung was a huge advocate of mandala as he viewed it as a way to visually express the human self.
