The centre commenced its services in March 1996, offering a wide range of support programmes including online support and peer sharing, bereavement services, hospital visits, professional support and library services.There are also regular health seminars and peer sharing sessions.

The Queen Elizabeth CPRC completed its renovation in late 2006.The new environment provides a more comfortable setting and improved facilities for patients and families to receive the services they need.
